2. Product Information & Representation

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • As many of our garments are handcrafted and/or made to order, minor variations in embroidery, detailing, or finishing may occur. These variations are natural and shall not be considered defects.

Pishta reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

3. Made-to-Order Policy

Most Pishta garments are made to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins only after full payment confirmation.
  • Processing timelines are as mentioned in the Shipping Policy.
  • Customised, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

In case of failed transactions where payment is debited, please allow 5–7 business days for automatic reversal before contacting us.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, dispatch processes, and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Pishta shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government regulations
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and eligibility conditions are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Key highlights:

  • No returns or refunds once sold.
  • Size exchange permitted within 7 days of delivery (subject to eligibility).
  • Exchange allowed only once.
  • Custom-made or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Pishta reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet policy criteria.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

Pishta reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs
  • Garments
  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Website layout

are the exclusive intellectual property of Pishta by Pankhuri.

Any reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pishta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Allergic reactions or fabric sensitivities (customers are advised to review fabric details before purchase).
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. User Conduct

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
