RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since our pieces are made to order, we follow a strict but fair exchange policy.
1. Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds on products once sold.
2. Size Exchange
We offer size exchange only in case of size issues.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- The item must be returned in original packaging
3. Exchange Conditions
- A product can be exchanged only once.
- Exchange is subject to size availability.
- Customised or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange.
4. Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned product:
- It undergoes a quality inspection.
- Upon approval, the replacement piece will be dispatched.
- The exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Reverse Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear unboxing video and images

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
7. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made outfits
- Altered garments
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
